This afternoon I made a less healthier option that I made for The Shift class at Koinonia and for my SLI class last year. I introduced them to Nutella Churro Balls. These dessert treats consist of Nutella wrapped in dough, baked, buttered and coated in cinnamon sugar (see pictures below). They are a really good, rich and messy snack (and are really easy to make).

Making Food!
Back at cooking/baking again! Ahh! It's so good to be making food again! So last night I introduced my family to Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. I also showed them the Apple Grilled Cheese Sandwiches but I experimented with a new combination. I served the Pulled Pork and the Apples on the same Grilled Cheese Sandwich (It turned out really good, Praise God!). That was a bigger hit than I had expected.

Take a Biscuit (dough) and flatten it out.
Step 2
Place between a teaspoon and tablespoon of Nutella in the center of the dough. (amount depends on how full you want the Churro Balls)

Melt butter in microwave safe container. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
Step 6
Dip a roll in butter (so that the entire roll is buttered-coated).
Step 7
Place Butter-coated roll in bowl of Cinnamon sugar and cover roll entirely with cinnamon sugar.
Step 8
Repeat Steps 6-7 with all the rolls
Step 9
Place rolls on a plate in desired arrangement
Step 10
Serve and enjoy.
