Gateway

Got to sell a few small things yesterday, which I'm very thankful for.   Today, when I got home, I found that I had a lot of interest on a lot of the things I'm selling - Praise God!   I'm still really hoping that I can sell my China Set, Drone, and Camera Stabilizer!  Those are the larger items, mostly that I really want to sell.  

Last night I got a full 8+ hours of sleep - it felt really good.   This afternoon I got to go to one of Abi's volleyball games - they won.   And then my dad and I went to the first service (4:00pm Saturday) at Gateway Church again.  Like last week, Founding Senior Pastor Robert Morris was out of town, but Pastor Tim Ross.   I have to say, it was the best "When God Says "No"" messages I've ever heard.  I really like his teaching and loved it.

    Agreed! I also was really moved by the powerful worship and teaching. I appreciated his balance - assuring us of God's love & power to deliver - while also dealing head on with the reality that sometimes we do NOT get what we specifically ask for. (And it is a GOOD thing!)
