Running/walking in -27*F

Such a refreshing morning: I was able to get up at 4:30am after getting more than 8 hours of sleep (thank you mom for teaching me to go to bed at 8:00pm), Then I was able to layer up and take an hour walk/run. It's very refreshing plus it gave me lots of time in the cool crisp morning alone with God in His creation. I was planing to go further than I did, but God kept nudging me to turn around earlier, and Thank God I did, I have never had such the painful, strange, and kind of scary experience as the feeling that my neck is freezing. It just felt like it was freezing, plus it was becoming stiffer and harder to move (and more painful) whenever I tried to move my head. Throughout the morning I kept hiding my mouth behind my outer shirt (I had 3-6 layers of everything), and within a minute all the moisture on the shirt was frozen. Though, I guess I have never been outside for so long in this temperature: Wind Chill was -33*C (-27*F). Winter weather seems to have just begun.
